Default dvdfab won't start

all of a sudden dvdfab won't start. registered latest version. Have tried reinstalling program, removing and reinstalling program no luck. Is this a problem with my program or computer? os is xp

I doubt it is a problem with dvdfab or there would be many post about it .
Has there been any changes to your computer such as adding a new program or deleting one?

Are you opening from a desktop icon or going to program files and opening from there?

weird. I am having the same issue on my windows 7 machine.

ahhh i found out that if you have a hairline crack in the dvd that makes it not playable will hang the boot up process(because I have it to boot to ODD first), and also hang the opening of dvdfab.

I just had one of the DING DING moments
