BD Ripper (3D Plus) X-Men First Class BD+ Error (DVDFAB 8.1.2.9 Beta)

Hi

Tried to rip X-Men First Class Blu-ray, got the BD+ Error.

I have a registered version of DVDFAB Blue-ray ripper.

Which region and version of the disc is this? I just opened the Region A/US version of this with no problem. DVDFab supports removal of BD+ through generation 10. I am using v8.1.2.9 Beta. Make sure DVDFab has internet access.

I am in New Zealand, so it will be a Australia/New Zealand region disc. I am unsure of the version, I only have the disc (no Case).

I have verified that my licence for DVDFAB blu-ray Ripper is valid in the about screen, it is valid till Feb-2014.

Any other ideas

Thanks for the region number update.

Forgot to mention in my last post, the DVDFAB machine does have internet access, I am posting these messages from the same machine. This is the first disc I have had this problem with.

I'm having the same issue - I have registered version 8.1.2.6 and also tried beta 8.1.3.0. BD is region 2 UK.

Both are returning the BD+ error - log below:
