Default Multiple folders

When utilizing video converter (main movie, to iPad), the file transfer either shows multiple files to transfer over (instead of the whole movie in one file), or only a single file with a portion of the movie. I see no errors on the log.
using version 8.1.0.3

Yes, you don't see it in the log - it's a wrong log
Try internal & processing logs

Hi bugme
Please Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.
Also try one pass.

tried the suggested fix, same issue. Only the first of three 'segments' of the movie transfer over, about 40 minutes worth.

I'm trying to transfer 'Hellboy' over. It breaks up into 5 'VTS" files on the main DVD fab page. Only the first one, which is un-checked on the main page (VTS_01_1/VOB) , the remaining four 'segments' (VTS_01_2.VOB, etc.) are checked, but they did not transfer. Hope this helps. Every DVD I try does this.

You shouldn't be using Video Converter for this task, you should be using DVD Ripper.

Have a read of my best practice thread in my signature below.

That did the trick, I went in and made the suggested changes from GregiBoy's best practices, then utilized DVD Ripper, straight from disc. Worked like a charm.
Thanks for all the help!!!

Hi bugme
I am glad that it worked for you, but if you read GregiBoy's Best Practice: DVD to Mobile he NEVER converts from using the disc in the drive, ALWAYS from the ripped folder on the HDD.
