Blu-ray to DVD Blu-ray to dvd iso image?

I am starting to play with converting my bluray discs into dvds. I was going to convert the bluray to a dvd iso image, but I can't figure out how.

When i copy dvds, I simply press the image icon (little disc with paper behind it) to have the result be an iso file. When using the bluray to dvd option, I can read from a bluray image file, but the button is missing to write to an image file.

Is there any way to make a dvd iso, short of buying an erasable dvd and then reripping the disc?
