I have been having this problem for a few version updates so far, so i thought it was time to ask for help.
Every time I try and do a video conversion, whether it is an old MPG or WMV file, or a more recent M4V file created using DVD Ripper, I get a failure 10 seconds into the process. Below is the sequence I get. Conversion: one pass Work: 1 failed, Error = 502.14 1 E:/fabmp5/<Volume>.<Title>.mp4 Process failed! I have tried different formats, but th eonly thing that appears to change is the taqrget changes from E:/ipad/... or E:/DVD/iphone/... I have attached the internal and burn logs from the test times. I can't say when this worked before because I do not do a lot of video converting, but I do know it has worked in the past. |

I dont know if it helps, i had the same problem and i've went in and hit reset dma under general. Finally I found something to go in and disable codecs. seem to work, at least on that one.
