DVDFab v8 Difference between full disc and clone

A simple question, I think. What is the diff between "full disc" and "clone" (blu-ray copy in my case)? Both seem to make the same disc. Which would be the preferable one to use?

Clone is a bit for bit exact duplicate.

Full Disc copy allows you to do some minor re-authoring, such as removing PGC and jumping right to the menu.
